Facial Expression and Eye Contact

Hand in hand with gestures are the eye to eye contacts and facial expressions.

Eye Contact
It is to look straight to the eye of one member of the audience in a particular sector. This enables the speaker to detect whether the audience is getting the ideas presented or not. It also establishes a firm rapport. Having eye contact, the speaker creates closer relations with audience.

Facial Expressions
These are the ideas manifested on the face. Facial expression must coordinate with the gestures and body movements. The speaker can reinforce his speech through facial expressions. Enough practice in front of the mirror is suggested to achieve the necessary effect on the audience.
